Where is Boco Baby located?

Boco Baby was started in Boulder, Colorado, USA and continues to be hand sewn and shipped from our World Headquarters here in Colorado. Please note that as a USA based company, all pricing is in US Dollars.

How are your products sized?

We use Carter's brand bodysuits and we try to size our other products close to Carter's.  Before purchasing,  please consult our sizing chart.

What is the difference between the Double Minky Blankets and the Satin Minky Blankets?

This is a common question!  Our Satin & Minky blankets are made using a satin-like fabric called faille on the front of the blanket and a buttery soft dimple dot minky on the back.  The satin is personalized in your choice of color and pattern.  The dimple dot minky is surrounded by a 1" border of satin.  
Our new Double Minky blankets are made using a smooth minky on the front and a dimple dot minky on the back.  The smooth minky is personalized in your choice of pattern and color.  It is double top stitched to add a finished look and to help it last a lifetime.  The double minky blankets sizes are slightly larger than the regular minky sizes.

I made a mistake on my order.  Can I change it?

To decrease turnaround time, we start your order as soon as payment is made.  We allow a 24 hour grace period to change or cancel your order and receive a full refund.  This grace period is reduced to 12 hours for Rush My Order purchases as production must begin immediately in order to ensure on time shipping.
If you need to cancel your order,  and the fabric has NOT yet been printed,  we charge a $15 design fee that will be deducted from the purchase price before the refund. 
If you need to cancel your order,  and the fabric has already been printed,  we are not able to offer a refund.

When will my order ship?  

How long does standard shipping take? 

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Every item is designed and made especially for you so please allow up to 4 weeks before your order ships.  
We use the United States Postal Service as our mail carrier for orders shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, and select countries in Europe. For orders placed within the US, shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.  Orders shipping to Canada, Australia, and Europe arrive within approximately 2 weeks.  
For all other international destinations, and as an option for orders shipping to Canada, Australia, and Europe, we use DHL International for delivery within 3-5 business days.
We love spreading the Boco Love around the world!  
We regret that we are currently unable to ship to Russia and India.
Please note that once your order is collected by the USPS or DHL, we are no longer responsible for its shipment time or delivery status. Orders that show delivered on tracking cannot be refunded. If the shipping address provided to us is incorrect and as a result an item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the order to ship again.  If a package is not received as a result of a customer error in entering the shipping address, Boco Baby is not responsible for covering the cost of the lost item or for a replacement item.  If we must reship your order to you, a reshipment fee of $7 will be payable.  
We kindly inform you that we are not responsible for import duty or other taxes that may apply when accepting delivery of an international package. Please contact your local authorities for information about taxes that may apply to you.

Can you rush my order?

Yes.  We can expedite the fabric printing process and ship your order approximately 14 days after the rush fee has been paid.  Please choose the "Rush My Order" option when choosing your shipping method.
For orders under $150,  the rush fee is $30.  
For orders between $150 and $500,  the rush fee is $50.  
For orders over $500, the rush fee is $100. 

What is your return policy?

All of our products are custom made to your specifications, and we cannot accept returns.
We offer font proofs, design proofs, and fabric swatches for purchase so that you will be able to see exactly what the fabric will look like.  Please purchase the applicable proofs if you have any concerns.  
Of course, if there is an error on our part we will correct it promptly and make sure you receive the correct item. 

Do you offer discounts?  

Yes! When we have sales or coupon codes it will be announced on our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts. Or you can sign up for our newsletter by entering your email here.  We also offer free standard shipping to the United States on orders over $150, no coupon code necessary.

How do I wash my items?

Custom printed, organic fabric requires a little bit of extra care. Please wash on delicate with gentle detergent. For best results lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Orders shipping to Colorado will pay 2.9%.

Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?

Absolutely! Enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. If you'd like to include a message with your gift, please do so at checkout. In order to save paper, receipts are never included with your package.

Questions about printed colors?

We have made every effort to accurately display our product colors on our website. However, please note that colors may vary due to the screen on which they are viewed.  We offer fabric swatches printed with the available colors here.
Also, please note that there is normal fading may occur on our organic cotton items due to the nature of the cotton and water based dyes we use.  Better for the environment and safe for babies!  Organic cotton products with a grey background may appear to fade more than the white background items.
